Sports marketing: useful for business globalization

   In my opinion, the most successful globalization activities are from sport and entertainment. because of its special sportsmanship, althletic sports make huge impact in the world. poeple around the world are crazy for olympic games, world cup, important football matches, NBA, etc. almost everyone knows those sport superstars' names. in the fans group of a sport star,  there are all kinds of people from every corner of the world who engage various occupation. so if a company can bind self with a suitable sport star, soon the world will know this company.

   I don't want to talk about how to do right sport marketing in this post. I just want to emphasize that sporting marketing can be an important substrategy during globalization strategy implementation. Since I focus on business globalization, I feel strongly that business globalization actually just like building fans club. company needs to propagate its product, technology and service in the world, then find out itself world fans club. therefore, the company will succeed its business globalization.    Let's look at some very successful players in sports marketing: Adidas, Nike, Puma, Coca-cola, Pepsi, Gillete, etc. can you point out which one is unkown for you or your friends? the answer is: Even Africa children can wear Adidas shoes now!
