Singapore will increase public wireless “hot-spots”

SINGAPORE (AP) _ Singapore's government said it plans to cover most of the island with public wireless Internet access by next year and offer nearly 10,000 subsidized computers to low-income students to offer digital opportunities to all its citizens…………

Good policy not only for singapore citizens, but for foreigners as well. I think it will greatly strengthen the business environment of singapore. you can imagine it's so convenient to connect with your remote business partners when you make business trip to singapore in the near future. globalization needs the promotion from information technology and government positive policy.
