 Many people perhaps have similiar experience: when you come up with a great idea and look for finance favor, the so-called investors will tell you idea is valueless and execution is the king! I think this is very funny. it's a simple logic. if no idea, how to continue the execution? I admit idea is easily copied. however, the idea is dynamic and it's not single point but a set of ideas. I think it's impossible to copy an intact dynamic idea set. so my conclusion is idea is valuable as capital and can work same function as venture capital. I give it a name "venture idea".

 Why VI is meaningful?

 I believe every normal human being can produce good ideas. but most of them can't turn their ideas into reality. I dare to say everyday millions of ideas are vaporizing in the air. if we can collect them and make a good evaluation and utilization, we can imagine how many business chances will be created! so if we can invent an idea investment mechanism like VC, we should can save many useful ideas which can improve our life quality.

 How to build a venture idea organization?

 We can take VC company as reference. the real investors are called LP (limited partner), and the fund management team are GP (general partner). my tentative VI (venture idea) company has same structure. the creative idea contributors are LP, and the idea management team are GP. 

 How to operate a venture idea organization?

 VI has more superior advantage than VC because idea source is richer than money source and idea is renewable. currently, some companies have been active in idea trading business and idea exhibition like idea trade network, springwise, cool business ideas etc. while, they can't really stimulate more and more ideas creation and tell people that creating idea is investment in fact. I think only introducing VC mechanism into VI operation can realize this. firstly, VI organization should have clear position and build a team consisting of designer, consultant, technology insighter and futurist who have fancy brain and child's imagination. then management team should build a social network to collect ideas and creative people. meanwhile, VI need to keep in close touch with industrial ompanies no matter startups or mature companies to search idea investment opportunities. once got such opportunities, VI call for ideas and evaluate via the network. finally, collaborate with investee companies to implement the chosen ideas till quit and harvest.
