after some time preparation, today i will introduce this blog to the public, especially those who care about the globalization trend. i am the managing partner of Shanghai Titan Consulting Ltd. this blog is only a part of our main website which is still under construction named TitanOasis. via this blog, i hope i can spread my thinking and ideas on business globalization to the who concerns about business globalization. normally when people talk about business globalization, those words firstly come into their mind are offshore, outsourcing, china, india etc. i agree this is a kind of important trend, but i hardly heard about the phrase of "globalization strategy". so i think it's time for decision makers to proactively integrate globalization strategy into corporate strategy. in the following posts, i would like to discuss the detail operation with interested visitors.
